A glass of water covered by a handkerchief and resting on a brass candlestick slowly and visibly penetrates the crown of a borrowed hat set on top of the glass. Early model with a design different from later and more commonly encoutered models, works well. Hallmarked at the bottom. Includes a glass, but no cloth (easily replaced). Mild wear, else in very good condition.
